Samantha Close

Samantha Jean Close, 24 passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 in Lubbock. Services for Samantha will be 10:00 am Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Christian Life Assembly of God with Deacon Luis Nava officiating Assisted by Pastor John T. Murdoch.  Burial will follow at   Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home. Viewing will start at 3:00 pm with a prayer service being held at 7:00pm Friday, November 28, 2014 at   Calvillo Funeral Home.

Samantha was born July 4, 1990 in Perryton to Billy Frank Close Sr. & Pauline Nava. Samantha worked as a C.N.A. for many years and enjoyed listening to music, hanging out with friends and taking care of her two daughters.

She is survived by her two daughters, Alyssa Caudillo, Aliana Caudillo both of Lubbock; her parents, Billy Frank Close Sr., Pauline Nava both of Lubbock; two brothers, Robert Close of Lubbock, Billy Close Jr. of Odessa; grandparents, Pauline Becerra of Spearman, Billy Close of Sunray; numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Hector Nava and her grandmother, Jean Close.
