Rene Trevino

Rene Trevino, 49 passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 at University Medical Center.  Services for Mr. Trevino will be 10:00am Saturday, January 17, 2015 at One Cross Three Nails Church with Pastor Selso Torrez officiating.  Burial will follow at Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.  Family will have a celebration of Life at 7:00 pm at One Cross Three Nails Church.

Rene was born August 13, 1965 in Abernathy to Ramon & Elida Trevino.  He married Batries Flores on August 12, 2005 and worked for Crawford Radiators in their warehouse.  He was a well known man who gave as much love as he received and he enjoyed spending time with his family, nephews, nieces and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Batries Trevino of New Deal; one son, Anthony Lee Flores of Lubbock; three daughters, Rose Mary Barrera, Beatrice Dominguez both of Lubbock, Lisa Marie Rodriguez of New Deal; seven brothers, Amador Trevino, David Trevino both of Dallas; Ramon Trevino of Lubbock, Demetrio Trevino, Ricky Trevino, Arthur Trevino, Armando Trevino all of Abernathy, five sisters, Aurora Cardenas, Renata Trevino both of Abernathy, Angie Plasencio, Adela Trevino both of Plainview ; Rosie Lopez of Farwell; twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his nephew, Felipe Aricides
