Ramona Moreno

Viewing and visitation for Ramona F. Moreno, 91 of Lubbock will be from 2:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Calvillo Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 3, 2020 at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.

Mrs. Moreno was called to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 27, 2020. She was born on August 30, 1929, to the late Saturnino and Apolonia Flores in Charlotte, Texas. On September 11, 1954, she married Leon Moreno in Taylor, Texas. Ramona was a homemaker, she loved cleaning and to cook for her family. She also found delight in going on car rides with her husband. Her family will always remember and cherish what a great mother and grandmother she was.

Survivors include her husband Leon Moreno of Lubbock; a son Roger Moreno of Lubbock; a daughter Pamela Moreno of Lubbock; seven grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter Diana Moreno and by her brothers and sisters.

According to local and state guidelines, facemasks will be required at all times during visitation and funeral services. Temperatures will be taken upon entering funeral home
