Oliver Perez

Visitation for Oliver Perez 43, of Lubbock will begin Friday, January 11, 2019, 11:00am-9:00 p.m. at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Edward Rivera officiating, cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.

Mr. Perez was born August 18, 1975 in Park Ridge, Illinois to the late Diamantina Martinez, he passed away on December 26, 2018 in Lubbock. He was a lifelong resident of Lubbock and attended Dunbar High School. Oliver was a great tattoo artist he also owned and operated Raider Ink Tattoo Shop.

He is preceded in death by his Father Cosme Martinez, Sr. (2005); his mother Diamantina Martinez (August 17, 2018); a son Edward Jay Perez (December 24, 1997).

Survivors include his sons Oliver Perez Jr. of Lubbock and John Perez of Lubbock; a brother Cosme Martinez, Jr. of Lubbock; sisters Sara Martinez of Lubbock and Sonia Martinez of Lubbock.
