Noe Rangel

Noe Cristan Rangel, 55, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 in his residence.  Services for Mr. Rangel will be 10:00 am Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Calvillo Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Prairie Haven Cemetery located in Hobbs, NM under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.  Family will have a visitation from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Calvillo Funeral Home.

Noe was born July 31, 1962 in Muleshoe to Martin & Olivia Rangel.  He married Sylvia Braddock on July 7, 2007 and worked different jobs the last being a cook at Stripes Convenience Store.  He loved watching the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Tech and the Texas Rangers. He also loved keeping his cars very clean and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Rangel of Lubbock; one son, Ryan Rangel of Hobbs; one daughter, Kasha Macias of Brownfield; two brothers, Oscar Rangel of Lubbock, Albert Rangel of Littlefield; two sisters, Betty Leos and Juanita Henson both of Littlefield, ten grandchildren; one great grandchild.

He is preceded in death by two sons, Nick Rangel, Noe Rangel Jr.; his parents; one brother, Mario Rangel; one sister, Irene Hinojos.
