Rosary for Juan "El Boy" Garcia Jr will be Thursday September 10, 2015  7 pm at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel. Celebration of Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday September 11, 2015 at 10 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Andres Mendoza officiating. Burial will be in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home and Chapel.
Juan went to be with the Lord on Tuesday September 8, 2015. He was born on July 21, 1953 in Pecos, Texas to the late Juan Sr. and Ofelia Garcia. He married Lupe Richie on August 29, 2003 in Lubbock. He was a body shop vehicle repairman. Juan loved to watch Cowboy Western movies, watching football and playing bingo. He was a catholic.
Survivors include his wife Lupe Garcia of Lubbock, four sons, Juan Jesse Garcia. Rene Garcia, Jose Angel Garcia all of Lubbock and Eddie Moreno of Big Springs, two daughters Ebie Serda and Evie Moreno Gonzales both of Lubbock, his mother Ofelia Garcia of Lubbock, two brothers Ricky Garcia and Bobby Joe Garcia both of Lubbock, four sisters Mary Helen Rodriguez, Angie Olivarez and Anita Madrigal all of Lubbock, Dorothy Mendoza of Lorenzo sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
