Joshua "Josh" Rodriguez

Joshua “Josh” Aaron Rodriguez, 19, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019 in Lubbock.  Services for Joshua “Josh” will be 10:00 am Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Calvillo Funeral Chapel with D.Garza  officiating.  Burial will follow in Englewood Cemetery under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.  There will be a viewing starting on Monday till 4:30pm August 5, 2019 and Tuesday August 6, 2019 from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Joshua ‘Josh” was born March 23, 2000 to Samuel Rodriguez Jr. and Phyllis Garcia. He was a person full of life whom loved to listen to music and at the same time have fun. Joshua “Josh” was able to touch many hearts through the warm smiles and loving nature that was so much a part of him. His greatest enjoyment, however, was being around his family and friends.

He is survived by his father Samuel Rodriguez Jr, and mother Phyllis Garcia; brothers, Sam Rodriguez, Isaiah Rodriguez, Josiah Rodriguez all of Lubbock; sisters, Gloria Rodriguez, Jazlynn Suniga, Jaylynn Suniga, Samantha Rodriguez all from Lubbock; host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his sister Ashley Marie Gonzales (2011)
