Guadalupe Villarreal

Guadalupe G. Villarreal, 73 passed away Monday, August 24, 2015 at Covenant Hospital.  Funeral mass for Mr. Villarreal will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Father Jim McCartney officiating. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home. Family will have a rosary, 7:00 pm Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Our Lady Of Grace Catholic Church.

Guadalupe was born June 21, 1942 in Temple to the late  Celestino & Paula Villarreal.  He married McCala Ramirez on November 3, 1964 in Lubbock and was a loyal member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.. He was a Cathoilic Cherimatic Reneal, Cursillista, Gudalupano, Lecture, Echroistic Minister, Prayer group leader.

Survivors include his wife McCala Villarreal of Lubbock, three  sons  Raymundo Villarreal, Guadalupe Villarreal Jr. and Gabriel Villarreal all of Lubbock, a daughter Anita Villarreal of Lubbock, two sisters Juana Wilborn of Kansas City, MO and Felicita Gonzales of Lubbock, five grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
