Rosary for Guadalupe “Lupe” Morado Jr. 39, of Meadow will be held 7:00 P.M. Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel-Tahoka (1303 Ave M). Services for Mr. Morado will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 20, 2018 at St. Pius X Catholic Church-O’Donnell (3021 Co Rd P) with Father John Rathinam officiating. Arrangements were made under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home

Lupe was born July 17, 1978 in Tahoka to the late Guadalupe Sr. and Josephine Morado, he passed away on July 16, 2018 at his residence. On January 14, 2009 he married the love of his life Ashely Torres in Ropes. He was a farmer for many years, enjoyed bar-b-quing and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys to victory. His greatest joy in life however was being a family man, he loved his children very much and loved being with his relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents and an aunt Helen Gomez.

Those left to honor his memory are his wife Ashely Torres of Meadow; A son Troy “Monkey Boy” Lee Morado of Meadow; a daughter Angelica Yzaguirre “Stinky Butt Walley” Morado of Meadow; Brothers George Morado of O’Donnell, Arthur Morado of O’Donnell, Felipe Sandoval of Dallas, Billy Samora of Petersburg, Pedro Morado of Meadow and Miguel Morado of Meadow; Sisters Phyllis Whitehead of Dallas, Mona Jeffers of Dallas, Kathy Gomez of Dallas, Lupita “Pita” Barrientos of Blanco, Linda Martinez of California, Tina Vargas of Lubbock, Teresa Morado of San Antonio, Dora Dragula of Florida, Nancy Olvera of Florida and Alma Sierra of Baytown.
