Francisco Aguilar Jr.

Francisco Aguilar Jr., 57 of Lubbock passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021.  Services for Mr. Aguilar will be 10:00a.m., Monday, July 19, 2021, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Lubbock with Father Martin Pina officiating.  Viewing and visitation will be Sunday, July 18, 2021, at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel from 1:00 p.m.-8p.m. There will be a rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., the same evening at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home and Chapel.

Francisco was born April 24, 1964, in Lubbock, Texas to the late Francisco and Consuelo Aguilar. He worked for Sideways Body Shop for a number of years as a body and paint professional.  Apart from being a hard worker painting cars and working on lowrider cars, he was a jokester, loved all sorts of music, a great cook especially homemade cooking, however, his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Veronica Aguilar, and Kathy Aguilar both from Lubbock; a brother, Henry Aguilar of Lubbock; a sister Lucia Aguilar of Lubbock; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
