Dorothy Salazar

Viewing and visitation for Dorothy Ann Salazar 67 of Lubbock will start on Wednesday at 10 AM, A prayer service will be Wednesday, at 7 PM at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Medina officiating. Cremation will be under the the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.
Dorothy went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 18, 2017. She was born on June 25, 1950 in Cuero, Texas to the late Jimmy and Eloise Guajardo.
Dorothy was a faithful Baptist. She loved to cook, and spend time with her family. Before retiring she owned and operated D and D Furniture, she was a second generation upholster.
She is survived by four sons Simon Martinez Jr, Jimmy Martinez both of San Antonio, Daniel Salazar jr and Mark Anthony Martinez both of Lubbock, a daughter Myrna Salazar of Lubbock, two grandchildren that lived with her and cared for Kilee Angelita Ramirez and Christopher Ramirez Jr both of Lubbock, her mother Eloise Renteria of Lubbock a sister Alice Saenz of Lubbock, fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
