Davion Boswell

Davion Arron Boswell 18, of Lubbock passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018.  Services for Mr. Boswell will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, July 2, 2018 at Ministerios Nueva Vida with Minister Keri Lira officiating. Visitation will begin Saturday 3:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-8pm both at Calvillo Funeral Chapel-Lubbock. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.

Davion was born October 4, 1999 in Lubbock to George Boswell and Mary Vasquez.  He worked as a cook for Little Caesars Pizza Company.  He enjoyed attending church at Ministerios Nueva Vida, as well as drawing, playing video games, listening to music and writing poetry. Davion was known to have a heart of gold to all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his father George (Era) Boswell of Lubbock; mother Mary Vasquez (Kevin) of Lubbock; his paternal grandfather Jesse Carter of Lubbock; His maternal grandfather Ruben (Anna) Vasquez; his maternal grandmother Elva Vasquez (Gameosindo), brothers Jordan Palmer of Lubbock, Isiah Montoya of Lubbock and Colby Boswell of North Dakota; sisters Alixah Boswell, Audrie Boswell, Marisa Boswell and Tiara Boswell all of Lubbock.
