Adelita “Tiny” G. Olguin entered into life on September 5, 1960 to Jesus and Victoria Gonzalez in Lubbock, Texas; entered into eternal life on December 6, 2020. She is survived by her loving husband Ismael Olguin, Sr.; four sons Ismael Olguin, Jr., Joe Olguin, Jesus Olguin and Abel Olguin and 18 grandchildren, three brothers Pete Gonzalez, Paul Gonzalez, and Mike Gonzalez, three sisters Jane Ybanez, Valentine Suarez and Suzy Salas and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her loving parents, brothers Frank Gonzalez and Joe Gonzalez and sisters Herlinda Mirelez and Stella Gonzalez.
Adelita devoted her life to her family; she enjoyed family get togethers, where her beautiful smile and laughter filled everyone’s heart. Her favorite passtime was playing Bingo and cheering on her Dallas Cowboys on tv.
Services at Calvillo Funeral Home 206 E 19th St. in Lubbock: visitation will be held from 3pm -8pm on Wednesday December 9th; with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m.. Chapel Service will be held 11:30am Thursday Dec 10th followed by internment at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park with Deacon Joe Martinez officiating.
